Hagen, a cherished member of the Fairmont, Minnesota community, who passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri, at the age of 56. Kory’s life was marked by kindness, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the people around him, leaving a lasting impact on family, friends, and the broader Fairmont community.
Kory was known for his warmth, generosity, and the ability to bring people together. Those who knew him remember a compassionate and thoughtful individual who always made time for others. Funeral services to honor Kory’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Bethel Evangelical Free Church, with interment at Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Monday, March 2, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church and will continue one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. For those unable to attend in person, a livestream of the service will be available at fairmont.org. The family requests that memorials be made in lieu of flowers, as a way to honor Kory’s memory and continue his legacy of generosity.
