It is with profound sorrow and heartfelt sympathy that we extend our deepest condolences to Toni, Lee, and the entire Walker–Reid family on the devastating loss of their beloved Ollie. Surrounded by the unwavering love of his devoted Mum, Dad, and close family at the Royal Victoria Children’s Hospital on 21st February 2026, Ollie passed peacefully, leaving behind a family and community who adored him beyond measure.
Ollie was a dearly loved son, the precious heart of his parents’ lives, and a much-loved wee brother to Kyle, Hannah, and Eve. The bond they shared was one of tenderness, laughter, and unconditional love. Though his time here was far too short, the memories created within those years will remain forever treasured by his family. His gentle spirit and beautiful presence brought warmth into every room and joy into the hearts of those who knew him.
As a devoted grandson to Philip and the late Sadie, and to Ann and the late John, Ollie was a source of immense pride and happiness. He was cherished deeply by his aunts, uncles, and the entire family circle, each holding their own precious memories of a child whose life, though brief, carried extraordinary meaning. Ollie’s strength, courage, and quiet resilience will never be forgotten.
In honoring Ollie’s life, we reflect not only on the sorrow of his passing but also on the love that surrounded him every single day. His legacy is one of connection, reminding all who knew him of the importance of family, compassion, and holding one another close. He will forever remain a shining light in the hearts of his loved ones.
The family has requested privacy at home during this deeply painful time. Those wishing to pay their respects are warmly invited to attend the graveside service at Enagh Cemetery on Monday at 1pm, followed by refreshments at the Services Club in Limavady. Family flowers only are requested, with donations, if desired, made payable to the P.I.C.U at the Royal Victoria Children’s Hospital (B.H.S.C.T.) and forwarded to Browns Funeral Directors, Limavady.
