We are deeply saddened to share the tragic passing of Brady Heiling, a 19-year-old standout football player from MACCRAY High School in Minnesota. Brady’s life was tragically cut short following a head-on collision in Madison, Wisconsin, on July 20, 2025, a devastating event that also claimed the life of his girlfriend, Hallie Helgeson. Brady fought valiantly for his life but succumbed to his injuries five days later on July 25.
Brady was known for his athletic talent, leadership, and dedication both on and off the football field. As a member of the MACCRAY football team, he inspired teammates with his commitment, work ethic, and sportsmanship. He approached every game with determination and enthusiasm, and his presence uplifted those around him.
